Thiaga and Devi's Cake Hantaran

It was my younger brother's Engagement last week. And it is customary to take gifts for the bride. I was given the task to make 2 type of goodies for the hantaran (gift) . The above pictures are the cake that I did for them. It is chocolate cake with chocolate icing and covered with fondant. I used brush embroidery technique to do the flowers. Since the color theme was marron and off white, that was what I come up with.

This is the 2nd cake that I did. This is a bandung jellycake. The Arum Lily flowers were also done using agar-agar.
