My dear aunty had given me 2 large pisang tanduk that was not riped. It took about a week for the bananas to get ripened. So today it was baking with those 2 large bananas. I did 2 different types of banana delights.
1) Vegetarian Banana Cake
This cake is so fluffy and moist. I had added walnuts to this cake. With the softness of the cake and crunch of the walnuts is so lovely.
2) Sour Cream Banana Bread
This bread loaf has a wonderful flavour of the sour cream and mild taste of the banana and the sweetness of the currents. So yummmy with a cup of hot tea.
My husband just loved both of these for his tea today. Personally I am in love with the banana bread...... yummmm.
